For Sanabel, The Microfinance Network of Arab Countries, Connexus managed a project aimed at providing guidance, tools, and technical assistance to develop comprehensive social performance management systems in Sanabel Network microfinance institutions. Activities included an action planning workshop with regional consultants, social performance management training for 20 MFIs, follow-up technical assistance, and a training to build analytical skills for improved decision-making. Connexus provided remote technical assistance and drafted two case studies demonstrating the value and lessons learned from implementing social performance management.
