Connexus has been contracted by Dexis Consulting Group to provide a long-term Knowledge Management Specialist to provide assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AME) and technical services to support the Department of State’s Bureau of Political and Military Affairs, Office of Security Assistance (PM/SA). The Bureau of Political and Military Affairs is the lead bureau responsible for the global management and direction of US military grant funding to more than 100 partner countries through policy development, budget formulation, and program oversight. PM/SA is the primary steward for two key security programs, which are the subject of this task order: Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and International Military Education and Training (IMET). Through this task order, PM/SA is expanding the AME activities to improve the overall effectiveness of the FMF and IMET programs at the country, regional, and global levels. In December 2022, Heather Moxin, Dexis’ Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst said that Connexus’ Knowledge Management Specialist “has been instrumental in laying the foundation for the team’s operating procedures and continues to support team efforts to institutionalize the client’s monitoring and evaluation activities.”
